Premium Link Terms
Applies to all premium .to link names sold by LinkEase. Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Premium Link Terms apply when you purchase or hold a premium link name on a LinkEase .to domain (for example productlink.to/yourname). They are in addition to the general LinkEase Terms of Service and Refund Policy. These terms are written in plain language for clarity. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel.
1. LinkEase owns the platform and domains
LinkEase owns and controls the underlying .to domains and the LinkEase platform. Purchasing a premium link name does not give you ownership of a domain, of DNS, or of the LinkEase platform.
2. What you receive
A premium link purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specific public link name on the LinkEase platform, subject to these terms and ongoing renewal. You do not receive trademark rights, domain ownership, or rights outside LinkEase.
3. Pricing and renewal
Premium link names have an initial purchase price shown at checkout and an annual renewal price. Both prices are shown clearly before purchase. The renewal price is charged annually to keep the link name active.
4. Nonpayment, grace period, and release
If a renewal payment is not completed, the link enters a grace period. If renewal is still not completed after the grace period, the link name may be released and become available again. Your products, pages, files, orders, and buyer access are not deleted as part of a link-name release.
5. Refunds, disputes, and manual review
Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected abuse or fraud, prohibited use, or violations of LinkEase policy can move the related link claim and/or payment into manual review, suspension, or release. During manual review, the public link may be paused while LinkEase investigates. Creator content (products, pages, files, orders, buyer access) remains intact during review.
6. No transfer or resale without written approval
You may not transfer, sell, sublicense, auction, or otherwise dispose of a premium link name to another party unless LinkEase explicitly approves the transfer in writing. Unapproved transfer attempts may result in release of the link name.
7. Core Reserved names
Certain platform-critical names are designated "Core Reserved" and are not for sale at any tier. Core Reserved names will not be offered through self-serve checkout or Elite request.
8. Strategic Elite names — partnership only
Some elite names are reserved for strategic partnerships only. They are not available through self-serve checkout. Acquiring a Strategic Elite name requires a direct partnership agreement with LinkEase.
9. Elite names — manual review only
Elite premium names are request-only and subject to manual review by LinkEase. There is no public starting price for Elite names. Pricing, eligibility, and any approval are determined case-by-case during the review process.
10. No guarantees of value or performance
LinkEase does not guarantee resale value, traffic, search ranking, income, conversions, or permanence for any premium link name. Premium names are sold based on the name itself, not based on any promised outcome.
11. Policy violations and termination
LinkEase may suspend, release, or terminate a premium link name if it is used in violation of LinkEase policy, applicable law, or these terms. LinkEase will make a reasonable effort to notify you when taking this kind of action.
12. Changes to these terms
LinkEase may update these Premium Link Terms from time to time. Continued holding or use of a premium link name after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
