Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your LinkEase account data and any social accounts you connected to LinkEase (e.g. Instagram).
How to request deletion
Email support@linkease.io from the email associated with your LinkEase account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email and (if applicable) the connected Instagram handle.
What gets deleted
- Your LinkEase account profile
- Your money links, products, sales pages, stores, and uploaded media
- Connected social account tokens and connection records (Instagram, TikTok)
- Automation rules, keyword triggers, and message delivery logs
What may be retained
Some records (payment receipts, order history, fraud signals, tax documentation, dispute records) may be retained as required by law, payment networks, or financial-compliance obligations. Where possible these are anonymized.
Disconnecting a social account
You can disconnect a connected Instagram or TikTok account at any time from Settings → Social Connections. Disconnecting revokes LinkEase's stored OAuth tokens for that account. LinkEase will not ask you for your Instagram or TikTok password.
Timing
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We'll confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
