Buyer Protection
Last updated: June 1, 2026
LinkEase helps independent creators sell products and services through checkout links. This page explains how that works and what to do if something goes wrong.
Who you are buying from
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the creator (seller) is the merchant of record for your purchase — not LinkEase. The seller is responsible for fulfillment, customer support, and refunds.
Before you buy
- Review the product or service details carefully
- Check the seller's refund policy
- Confirm delivery time and what is included
- Contact the seller if anything is unclear
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. LinkEase does not store your full card number. Disputes and chargebacks are handled through your card issuer or bank in accordance with payment-network rules.
If something goes wrong
First, contact the seller directly. If you cannot reach them or the issue isn't resolved, report it to LinkEase at support@linkease.io or via our Report Abuse page. We review abuse reports and may suspend sellers or remove links, but we do not guarantee the outcome of every dispute.
